Offers, Conclusion of Contracts: Offers of items for sale in the Shop represent an invitation to a customer to place an order only. An order from a customer represents an offer to conclude a contract of sale. Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an automatic electronic confirmation of his order via E-Mail and this will give rise to a contract of sale. If a product ordered is not available, NECF may withdraw from the contract. In such a case, NECF will inform the customer immediately and if applicable, reimburse any monies paid without delay. During the Shop order process, the customer can view and correct all data entered in a summary window before the order has been submitted.
Prices: The prices quoted on the website do not include any mandatory taxes. Any necessary sales tax will be calculated and assessed upon checkout. Payment is due in full immediately upon placement of the order.
Transportation costs: Standard Free Shipping is provided. Orders arrive within a week, depending on where you live. Expedited Domestic and International shipping are available upon request. Shipping and handling charges for Expedited Domestic and International Orders will be calculated and shipped on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to request pricing for Expedited Domestic or International shipping.
Returns: It is the intention of NECF to satisfy our customers. Please contact us if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order or have any problems with your delivery.
Concluding terms: Should any of these Standard Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract will remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions will apply in place of any invalid term.
